Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel and Changi Airport.
Supports the overall rooms operations by providing warm welcome and fond farewell to all hotel guests.
Present at all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and direct guests to transport facilities.
Maintain a good relationship with airline personnel, immigration and custom officers under the guidance of the Manager.
Reviews arrival / departure manifests and ensures relevant guests preferences and needs are met.

Candidate is quick thinker and is able to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Warm and able to communicate well with guests in English.
Willing to work on rotation shifts, weekends, and public holidays
