Responsibilities

Lead, Sales and Partnership, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth for the Ranger Buddies intellectual property through strategic partnerships and business development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring successful delivery and identifying opportunities for partnership growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, commercially viable partnership solutions that leverage the Ranger Buddies IP to meet client objectives and deliver measureable value.
Serve as the key commercial lead throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Track partnership performance, market insights and emerging opportunities, providing recommendations to support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in consumer brands, attractions, tourism, hospitality, retail, media, family entertainment is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications and AI productivity tools will be an advantage.
Experience in intellectual property (IP), brand partnerships, licensing, education, attractions and regional business development is a plus.
